EMT Program Costs

Comprehensive Fee

The comprehensive fee is $1450 which includes access to learning management systems, course development and administration, student supplies and uniform polo, a facility-use fee, and certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers. Due to high demand for our courses, we require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $500 to reserve your seat. This deposit goes toward your total comprehensive fee which is due in full prior to orientation.

Student Costs Not Covered

Students are required to purchase the following items to supplement their uniform before the second class meeting. 

  • Navy or black work pants (must fit over boots)

  • Black belt

  • Black closed-toe shoes (preferably steel-toed boots)

  • A digital or analog watch without wifi/bluetooth connectivity

  • Tablet or computer for remote learning

Refund Policy: Effective February 18, 2025, any refunds for EMT tuition will be subject to a 5% inconvenience fee. Refund requests will be considered until the orientation date at which time no further requests will be considered. 

 

Testing Fees

Upon successful completion of the program, students will have their first attempt at the National Registry Certification Exam funded by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Subsequent attempts are at the student's expense.
