Accelerated, Hybrid EMT Program Tuition & Fees
Tuition
Tuition is $1400 which includes your course textbook, MyBradyLab learning management system, uniform polo shirt, Platinum Education Testing and Platinum Planner. Additionally, we will provide each student a vitals kit which includes a blood pressure cuff, pen light, stethoscope, notepad, and pen!
A $450 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This fee is applied to course administration, course development, and student resources. Remaining tuition fees will be invoiced at least two weeks prior to the course and due prior to the first day of class.
Student Costs Not Covered in Tuition
Students are required to purchase the following items to supplement their uniform before the second class meeting.

Navy or black work pants (must fit over boots)

Black belt

Black closed-toe shoes (preferably steel-toed boots)

A digital or analog watch without wifi/bluetooth connectivity
Testing Fees
Upon successful completion of the program, students will have their first attempt at the National Registry Certification Exam funded by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Subsequent attempts are at the student's expense and cost $104 per attempt.
Refund Policy: Effective February 18, 2025, any refunds for EMT tuition will be subject to a 5% inconvenience fee. Non-refundable deposits may be eligible for refund if student materials have not yet been purchased and the decision to refund deposits is at the discretion of Emergency Training Solutions, LLC. All other tuition payments are eligible for refund until the orientation date.
