Accelerated, Hybrid EMT Program

The accelerated, hybrid EMT course is designed to prepare the student for certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), as defined and recognized by the VA Office of EMS and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. The course content includes the knowledge and skills necessary to provide emergency medical care at the basic life support level with an emergency service. Self-study is completed online using MyBradyLab, PowerPoints, videos, audio, and readings. Students will meet for weekly labs on Saturday afternoons to apply the material. Examinations are delivered through EMSTESTING.com. This EMT course requires many hours of independent study and active participation during labs!
